Hello all.  I finally did it.  My surgery was on Oct 10, 2010 performed by Dr. Gary Katz of the St. John Medical weight loss center.  The last log in I informed everyone of the troubles I was having.  How my insurance was changed once again.  Well our management company changed and so once again my insurance changed July 1, 2010 from Aenta to (the Visa Black Card Insurance) Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Michigan PPO.  I had no problems. I only had to submit a new Psycological evaluation.  Once I submitted that along with the previous documentation and talked with Dr. Katz I had a surgical day scheduled.  Everyone this has been a long and eye opening experience.  I have went from 297 lbs to 215 lbs and still losing.  I can't wait to see me in the summer.  I'll post some pictures.  Good luck to all that is looking into this type of weight loss.
