Going to Vegas!!!!!!

My best friend (Heather RNY on 11/19/08) from TX and I are meeting in Vegas in September!!!!!
OMgoodness!!! I just can't wait. We are taking our hubbies with us. We are planning to stay 5 nights. I am so excited I could just bust. Not sure which I am more excited about the trip or getting to meet Heather!!
. We are also going to the Grand Canyon. Just a couple of hours away from what I am told !!!!! Just can't wait!! Kinda of a reward for how well we have done. She is down to where she should be now and I am down 119 pounds as of Monday. So Happy!!! I will post photos when we return.

I am into a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for 4 years. I am so proud. I didn't think I could wear them, and I said just let me try these on. To my surprise, they were a little big. What a great moment. I am so proud.

I can't believe I am now down 85 pounds. I just love this!!!! I am so happy I had the RNY. I really believe it is the best decision I have ever made. I have met so many NICE people. People who really care.

Down 70 pounds!!!

I was weighed on Monday the 2nd of February and I am down 70 pounds!! I still have a tunnel, but good news about that . It has shrunk to 5 cm. That is two cm. shorter than last Friday. With all that has happened, I would do it again. What a ride this is!!!!!

I still have a tunnel, but the good news is I am down 70 pounds!!!!!! That is truely amazing. I am so proud!!!! If the tunnel doesn't heal before the out side heals, the doctor wants to open me up and clean me out. NOT something I am interested in. Even with the problems, I would still do it again. The weight keeps falling off and I am melting away. I love it.

Still hanging on

I am 4 weeks out of surgery and still have the vacuum pump in my incision. I had another infection, but think it might be gone now. I lost 38 pounds in 13 days. That was good. I am still loosing fast, but don't have a scale to weigh me. I will be glad when this part of the surgery is over. If ask if I would do it again..... I would think about it a lot longer...
