DIL wedding shower secheduled for 3 days post-op - My future daughter in laws wedding shower is August 18. My surgery is August 15th. I'm praying I feel well enough to attend.

How do you know your goal weight? - Do you pick your goal weight or is there a formula to figure out what it should be...or does your doctor tell you what it should be?
