I had to do something to save my life...I was suffering under my weight--physically, psychologically, and emotionally! I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure and borderline diabetes. I didn't need anyone to tell me I was depressed; I just was! I was morbidly obese! When I was just fat it was o.k. but as my frame began to buckle under the 341 lbs that was me, so did my emotional foundation. I HAD to do something!
