I think I'm doing pretty good I have been ok'd to have cheese,fish and tofu on Monday. I do not think much of the tofu but I'm good with the fish I told my family I hope they like fish  cause we will be trying some new ones. No vegs yet , I good with that , I have had several buts of tenderness but I started n my treadmill this morning now that was torture!!

I've made it thru the first week and lost 14.2 pounds !!! Wow can you believe it my huband ask me when was the last time I had lost 14 pounds and I could not remember. I told him when I lost it I would always find it, lol 

I have decided not to tell but a few people right now I don't need any negative people bringing me down so I have told my Husband and children, boss and members in our church, I'm sure sooner or later I will have to fess up and tell but at that point I will be on such a roll I can't be stopped!!! 

I baked 42 batches of cookies this weekend with my family here and no one was the wiser, That was a challenge and if I can do that I can do anything!!

I had my surgery today and I slept for about 4 hours and now I'm up and trying to move around a little. I feel sore but no real pain, I guess that will change when the pain meds from the surgrey center wear off? I have been taking my pain meds for today to stay comfortable. Any other advice from anyone that I can benefit from.
