18lbs gone FOREVER!

Okay, so it has been a week and for days post-op! My first post-op appointment was on Friday May 22nd! I have lost 18lbs in one week! !!I was so shocked, being that mother nature came on Thursday. 
However, I feel great! I am not eating as much, but I am getting in lots of liquid. I can not believe that I have had the best blessing! I will never go backwards!

I am happy to say that my WLS is over! I am ready to live a happy life style. I am 4 days post-op. I am living life! I am still trying to master the new eating process, but I will get it soon enough.
I wasn't really a big Yogurt fan, but now it is my favorite thing to eat! It is weird. I look forward to much weight loss and much sucess in the further months to come!
