Welcome to my wls journey.......so I got a phone call yesterday from Dr. Nye's office and I have a consultation with him on the 26 of July 2006 yeah im rolling now...........whew!!!

So I got through the 1st consult I was so nervous but when me and my hubby got there, the people made me feel so much better there were both post op and pre opts there and there was this one lady I will never forget she was the coolest she was 2 years post opt she's lost a total of 120 and she looked great she came in with the biggest smile and she had every right for it. but all in all things are going as planned they said that my BMI would quilify me so im good to go just go to get my pych eval and nut. eval and thyriod thank you GOD!!!!!!

Well today I go to my PCM for my thyriod test and I got a call from the pych's office and I hava an appiontment tomorrow that so I am so excited It's all moving so great thank you GOD!!! I Love you LORD!!!

I know that its been a while, but nothing has happened since my pych eval, I went and got the test done at the PCM and that was sent to Dr. Nye's office and I had my appt. on the 22nd to go over the results of the long test that I did the week before. well the pych's office called me the morning of the appt. and said that I had to reschedule the appt. for next week which is the 30th but I do have my Nut. eval on the 28th so hopefully it will get to movin again talk to you laters

Hello all, I went and had my Nut. eval done thankfully I got it done by the dieatician at the hospital that I will be having my surgery,it went great just had to pay a $35 dollar fee and that was it, she told me that she will have the paperwork to jim in the morning I should have went to the Pych. over there too, ooooohhhhhhh wwweeeellllll, but now thats all I have is the Pych to send off the paperwork I got to stay on her but, i'm getting so excited ok calm again. Ok so I finally got to the Pych's office today to go over my test results, everything went well and she said that she would be faxing the paperwork in tomorrow THANK YOU GOD!!!!!!! I call the surgens office right afterward to let them know and they said that the next time that they call me it will be with a date so just waiting on my insuranceso keep me in your prayers....I'm so happy talk to you all soon bye

I called Dr. Nye's office to see if they had received the Phyc. Eval paper work and she said that they alreay received it and they ALREADY SENT OFF MY PACKET YEAH!!!!!!!! So im gonna just sit here and wait hopefully not to long still praying to have surgery at the end of the month so just keep those prayers coming my way, in the name of JESUS. Love you guys peace for now.

Not alot to report but im getting closer I went on the Tri Care website and saw that they got my packet and my case was pending so keep'em crossed...

OH MY GOD IM APPROVED!!!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD THANK YOU GOD, and thank you a for all your prayers so on to the next steps 24 hrs wow thats so awsome

Amy from Dr. Nye's office call me and I HAVE A SURGERY DATE!!!! IT'S THE 29TH OF THIS MONTH GOD IS GOOD... She also told me what I have to do before my sur. On the 25th I have to get a abdomnial ultrasound, have to see Dr. Nye and something else but I don't remember but alot and on the 28th I have to see the NUT. again so its gonna be a busy week then Friday is the big day I have to be there at 5:30 a.m and my sur. is at 7:30 so im just gonna wait love you all talk to you laters

Hello fam. today was a very long day, my hubby ran along side me all day and I was so happy I love him so much we were out from 8 am this morning till 5 this eveing talking about tireing it was very so i'm tring not to be nervous but I am but the doc eased it a bit and talking to my heavenly father so im getting better I told my DH not to get me if I start cring the morning of so 4 days to go till then keep me in your prayers

Ok im a week out and things went so well and im doing really great thanks to my Lord God, thank you GOD you ae my healer and provider....had to give my father some praise he deserves it all, ok so got up in the 29 of Sept. at 3:30am had to be at the hospital at 5:30 in the am this really old guy walked me to this little room, a nurse came in I changed clothes the anastesiologist (sorry with the spelling) came in he was so funny put in my IV on the very first try didn't hurt or anything I was so impressed, then walks in Dr. Nye he is so the Shhhhhh..... he talked to me for a bit and left then another nurse came in put these really thick white stockings on and then wheeled me to the operating room then the anastesiologist game me somthing in my IV to relax me and that was all she wrote for me I didn't even remember the mask or nothing, next thing I know I was awake in pain and crying and I heard them saying your ok don't cry and I was back out, woke up again in my room saw my hubby and my sis, and I was in pain I had to get these shots in my tummy or the back of my arm cause the doc. don't like the morphine but it was all good, ok so I went in on that Fri. and was suppose to get out Sun. but two of the nurses handled me really ruff and set me back alot..... so I ended up getting out Tues. and with no pain really I stoped taking my pain meds. the same day I got home and im doing really well I can drink my water and crystal lite and whatever else thats on the phase on witch is clear liquids and lots of head hunger thats all about that. I got up this morning and weighed myself and I was down 5 pounds witch is good cause i was weighed before I left the hospital and I was 268 from 257 so I gained 11 pounds so im plesed love you and and bye for now............Trust in GOD always be blessed

Hello all I know that it has been a while sorry, so I went for my 4 weeks check up today its early im not 4 weeks out until Friday but they made my appt. for today so o well but eveything is looking great im down 30 pound in just 3 and half weeks that is so great and he also aready put me on the phase 5 diet am i excited woohoo i've noticed a change a bit bit my hubby and sisters have alot im gonna try and put pics on here i really don't know how still but im tring so be blessed to you all im out
