"Dr. Wiltse is a great man. I first heard about him through two friends that both had him as their surgeon. When I went in for my consult, everything was great. The office staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. After answering a TON of questions (which I have now found out, you have to do alot) I finally met with Dr. Wiltse. It first impressed me that I was actually meeting with him and not some PR rep or something. He is very sensitive, somewhat softspoken, very professional and funny in his own right. He answered all my questions and told me that if I had more he would stay as long as I needed him. On the day of my surgery, I didn't see him until about 20 minutes pre op. He had just finished his 4th surgery that day (they squeezed mine in as #5), when I made a comment about how he had been at this for 8 hours already and was he feeling confident (and not tired), he laughed and said his nurses had done a great job at making sure he was relaxed, his nurse came in at that point and pointed out that he had already been given a back massage. So that helped my nerves a bit. He came in the day after my suregery to check on me (since I was the 5th surgery that day which meant my surgery was over close to 6 pm, he had a meeting he had to be in after my suregery so he wasn't able to come that night) . He checked on me again on my release date (no worries because the nursing staff was INCREDIBLE) I almost didn't want to leave when I was released! I would give Dr. Wiltse and his staff an A+. He and his staff demonstrated impeccable competencies both surgically and in bedside manner."
