Hi here I am 18 months out and I am holding my weight at 145  I got down to 137 and I was so sickly looking and I just didn't feel good so i went up to 145 lbs and I have been feeling so much better. Now I am looking into plastics now. I can't thank God enough for making away for surgery. It's the best gift I ever received.

Hello to my friends and family of wls;   I went to my surgeon for my one year check-up today. Was very pleased with my weight loss and all my labs came back normal. Dr. was well pleased, he said I'll see you in 6 months. Now I am considered normal. I can enjoy life to its fullest now with my children and grandchildren.

Here it is December 21, 2008 and I am at 137 pounds. When I look at what I look like last Christmas it;s amazing . I am so thank ful for the weight loss. I am so much healthier now and can walk, run, dance, climb hills, ride the rides at Bush Gardens , even touch my toes. This is the best Christmas gift that I will ever receive, being healthy and staying healthy for the rest of my life. I am going to post some pictures of me before my surgery and what I look like now when I get my daughter over here to do it for me.
My total weight loss is 129 lbs. two more lbs. to go for my goal of 135.
