Thanks to you all for your support. I have been getting away from the computer and this site so much because I have been so active. I feel so much better that it's hard for me to sit still for very long. Thanks again for all your support!

Tracey, Congratulations! Only 11 more days to go! I too am having surgery Sept. 22. What a blessed month! I will keep you in my prayers thruout our journey to weight loss together. Surgery is scheduled for September 22. I have preadmission testing tomorrow and the last visit with the surgeon which will be my last weigh in before surgery. Preparation is going well for surgery. I am drinking Medifast shakes for breakfast and lunch. They are quite good. I preregistered yesterday and am on the list for a private room if they have one available. I am getting so excited!!!
