"My first impression of Dr Hong was a good one. He is very soft spoken and knowlegable. The office staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant to talk to. My opinion didn't change. He is great! There wasn't anything I didn't like about him. Aftercare is very important as this is not going to work without total commitment, he has a strict aftercare guideline to follow. Risks were explained very well. Not scary, but very matter of fact. Overall, I thought he is a great and experienced in what he does. Both bedside and surgical competence were both great. I would most likely have looked elsewhere if either of these things were poor."
