Hi there my name is Trina, like the rest of you here I have tried almost every diet fad and other wise, but only dropped a few lbs here and there and gained back more then I lost. Being a mom I have to cook for my 2 growing boys so that never works out with a diet. Then there was the always fun health problems and depression that comes along with being over weight. I always had that dream that I would just wake up one day and the weight be gone but you know it never did or I wouldn't be here. When I first heard of the Lap Band I was so excited but never thought it would ever happen for me I just thought that was something for movie stars. The day that I got approved for surgery I actually felt like I had a new chance at life and I couldn't have it fast enough. Now I am amazed at how much better I feel and my boys have a hard time keeping up with me. I can't wait to see what the future brings for me.
