I've been very disappointed with the ongoing results of my surgery So I would have to say if I could go back and know what I know now I'd choose not to do it. At the time the VGB was very popular and I did do some research on it. There just wasn't enough past reference to be able to make a informed decision. I only lost about 50 pounds and I've gained back 30 so all that I went through and continue to deal with on a daily basis it just wasn't worth it to me.
