Hello everybody I will like to give a update on my  progress so far my current weight is (190LB) I am down 42LB and 2 months post so with that said  am (happy) and feel great praise God. Oh and i will up date picture tomorrow and I KNOW i look good.

Hello to all my oh family sorry that it has been a while since my last up date just been busy with school well just a little up date everything has been going well no complication praise God and i am officially one month post and down 26lb i don't know if thats good or bad but i don't care because its been a long time since i been 200lb so am bless to be able to say that i have lost some weight and i know that it gets greater later so am happy so far.DOWN 26LB I THINK AM IN THIS RACE MOVE OVER EVERY BODY!!!!

MY WEIGHT ON SURGERY DAY WAS:226.3
          MY CURRENT WEIGHT NOW  IS:211 .4

Well i came home yesterday and everything went fine am just a little sore but thats fine,latter today i will go to the ymca and walk on the treadmill,the doctor said that i can start doing that so thats fine with me because it is very cold here in minnesota.Well God Bless and i will keep everyone post.

Well the time has come for me and i know that everything is going to be a great success.I just feal so BLESS,NO I AM BLESS,AND I JUST WANT TO THANK  GOD  as well as all of you for the support and help i have receive,THANK YOU STAY BLESS AND KEEP LOSEING.I will keep everyone post.

YES I CAN AND YES I WILL!!!!!!!!!well i have one day left before my new life begin.And i want to give all thanks to my heavenly Father,thank you for being here with me threw all,thank you  for your strength,when i was weak,thank you for your eyes when i couldn't see,thank you for your wisdom,when i had no knowledge, thank you for your joy when i had no peace,thank you for  protecting me threw all my hurt,pain and most of all thank you for moving all my tears from my eyes when i had to cry.THANK YOU FATHER GOD IN YOUR SON JESUS NAME FOR ALL YOUR GLORY AND FOR LOVING ME,I PRAISE YOUR HOLY NAME,THANK YOU FOR BEING MY BEST FRIEND.                                       

NOW I FILL LIKE AM MOVING CLOSER TO MY DREAMS THAT I HAVE HAD FOR MONTHS.IT REALLY DO FILL GOOD I THANK GOD FIRST AND 4 MOST BECAUSE IT WAS ALL HIS GRACE THAT I MADE IT THIS FAR I KNOW THAT AM TRUELY BLESS.PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE I ASK THAT EVERYONE KEEP ME IN PRAYER, THANK ALL OF YOU THAT HAS INSPIRE ME SO MUCHAND GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.

HELLO EVERYONE AND GOD BLESS YOU AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I FINALLY HAVE A SURGERY DATE,AND THAT DAY IS JANUARY 19,2009 AT 11:00 AM  I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED THAT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.WHAT A DAY I MOST SAY IT IS ALSO MARTIN LUTHER KING JR BIRTHDAY.I HAVE TO GO NOW BUT I WILL POST MORE LATER.UNTIL NEXT TIME EVERYONE HAVE A BLESS AND SAFE NEW YEARS. 

Well on Wednesday i go for my last and final consultation and my surgery date.I am so ready to start this journey that i can taste it ,I must say that am not nervous about the surgery it self am just  a little nervous about  after the surgery.So can you guys please pray for me.AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY THAT AM TIL THIS POINT THIS HAS BEEN A LONG JOURNEY FOR ME BUT IT IS WORTH THE WAIT.

Can anyone please tell me what can i use now to start taken so that i can keep my hair nice and healthy.
