"I first met Dr. Glascock in an information seminar the day before my consult. He was very pleasant and informative. He has a nice sense of humor and a drive for success in his patients.
After meeting with him during my consult he was much more serious and to the point. He made a pledge to me for excellent surgery and post op care and to be there for me in the years to come. He has a very strict regime in which you must follow, including 2 week clear liquid diet prior to surgery. He tells us that this is to shrink the liver and make your surgery easier.
I had to pledge to him to follow his instructions to the letter and commit to a life time of change. He wanted to know if I could do that..I said I am at my last hope........I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!:) For those of you who are looking at him for your surgery.....I have a very good feeling about him...I trust what he says....that is something I have a hard time feeling with most doctors....and believe me I have seen plenty!
He talks directly to you and makes eye contact the whole time. I felt like he was trying to make sure what he was saying was sinking in!! He was very precise in what he had to say and never made me feel guilty or ashamed of why I was there.
He gave me plenty of time to ask questions and never hesitated with the answers. "
