"My overall experience here was very good. I enjoyed all my nurses. I didn't have one bad nurse at all. They were always introducing themselves to me at the start of their shifts and letting me know what they needed to do along the way. I found that they were right on top of things. The only thing that did bother me I guess was not being able to sleep at night because of all the noise from beepers, lights, and carts being rolled along the floors and a noisy neighbor. Things that really can't be helped. "
"Dr. Hong was very nice. My encounter with him was brief but he did notify my family after the procedure as I had asked. His associates were also very nice. They were lighthearted which helped in keeping me relaxed. I was told that my surgery was only 1 1/2hrs not the 2 1/2hrs I was told it would be. I spent more time in recovery my family said than I did in surgery. The overall experience has been great. I wouldn't change a thing. "
