I'm wondering if there is a body weight/fat % tool online.  One that will, once you enter your weight and body fat % would track the pounds of muscle and pounds of fat overtime?  It seems if we're exercising we may be gaining muscle, and losing some fat--yet according to the scales gaining or not losing weight.  Seems like a healthier (and more encouraging) way to track weight loss and health...
