You can see its been a long time... I was hurt in an auto crash 8 months after RNY Surgery. One thing I can say is that I'm certain I'd be back and over the 360 lbs I started at if I had never had it done.  I have been literally lying in bed these 6 yrs.  I had back fusion L4 - S1 a yr and a half after my RNY. That took 13 1/2 hrs, just to compare.  One bad thing - no NSAIDS so its Narcotics and more narcotics for pain.  I intend to get back on track no matter how much I hurt figuring I will only hurt less if I'm smaller again.  Should be more difficult since I've lost so much muscle mass so I am going to start by looking here.  Wish me luck.
