Good morning everyone!
I'm new here-have been browsing for a few weeks. I am so excited to be part of your group! I want the Lap Band, haven't made a solid decision-am currently in the process of all the pre-surgical testing. MD wants more info about whether the LapBand or the RNY is best for me...UGH! I have to see an endocrinologist for the answer.
Lots of great info on this site....this is the best one I've found! Can't wait to meet all of you and make new friends!

Hi eveyone! I've been browsing the site for a few weeks now and I've learned so much from all of you. I am in the beginning stages of all of this. I've had my consultation with the Bariatric surgeon, the psychologist, and my EGD and US is scheduled. The decision hasn't been made as to which surgery I'm having, but I owuld prefer to have the Lap Band. I am also scheduled to see the endocrinologist to help with this decision. I could use many friends and supportive people in my life right now. It's so tough to even be facing obesity issues, much less weight loss surgery! Well, I'm sure I'm not saying anything new! I'm excited to be here-can't wait to get to know all of you! Are there any others out there in the Findlay, OH area?
