Today i started water areobic and i was real fun but i really enjoyed the hot tub the best.

Well today i cant believe its been 2 weeks since i had surgery and i feel great. Well before surgery i lost 20lbs on the liquid diet and since having surgery i lost 25lbs for a total of 45lbs in 5 weeks im happy but i still got more to lose.

Today i had my pre op and everything went well having to be poked a million time since they couldnt find my veins i have floating veins.  Also had a EKG and that was normal so soon the surgeon office will recieve the results and i be ready for surgery on Thursday 7/30/09. Wow is that next thursday im so excited.

Im having lap RNY on 7/30/09 at HCMC and i start my liquid diet on 7/09/09 so i can at least eat for the 4th of july yippie

Well yesterday i called Health Partner and i was finally approved and then i called HCMC and they said someone today will call and give me a surgery date so now i have to wait patiently so a date. Yippie

Well i called HCMC to see if the new pysch eval was refaxed and she said that they recieved it and Dr Hartley reviewed and it was submitted to Health Partners this morning im so happy now i just play the waiting game with the insurance i should hopefully hear something in 7-10 business days  yippie

Had my last and final appointment today with the dietitian and she cleared me for surgery and just waiting on the pysch eval to be writen i had that appointment on tuesday i called her today and she said she will try to get it written and and transcribe by tuesday so it can be faxed to HCMC and im so ready so it can be submitted to insurance so i can get an approval and a date. The dietitian said there no reason why i wouldnt be scheduled the end of june or ealy july or middle july to be realistic.  Come on pysch write my eval so i can begin my new life

Im almost done withe the requirements for approval for surgery i had my last health partners phone call this morning and had my last psych appointment today as well and i hope she does take a long time writing the evaluation.  My last dietitian appointment is on thursday hopefully maybe friday or tuesday of next week it can be submitted to insurance im so excited.

Today i had my 4th health partners call today and all i got is one more left and that on 5/19/09.  Its was okay we just discusses stess and how do you deal with it since it can be a issue. 

Today i had my first intial appointment for my psych eval and she was really nice and i also had to take the MMPI test tell me why i thought it was on a computer and it wasnt you had to fill out the bubbles and it was 567 questions and my hands were getting tired and the questions kept asking the same thing in differents ways like i was stupid.  I have next appointment with her on 05/05/09.  Im slowly knocking off my requirement and im so happy cant wait to be done.
I havent been doing that well on my diet so i gotta really lower my calories for these next five days and exercise so that i can lose weight when i see the dietitan on 4/27/09 since i think i have gained some weight my appetite is big issue for me and its a struggle
