Skin removal - Is there anyone out here with insite on how and what doctor to see in regards to having skin removal approved by OHIP. I have documented and visited my doctor with any irritations...

New ideas - I am so close yet so far away. I am having a heck of a time loosing this last 45 pounds. Does anyone have a few new ideas. I m getting so frustrated. Help

1 year tomorrow - I can't believe it's been a year already!! It's been a wonderful year with lots more ups then downs. I have gone from 360-218. I have a bit more to go but there is no looking back...
