"Hi there, I am Denise (twosilly)... Dr Billing and i met before Christmas of O4. I came in and met Melanie in about November 04. Because I am in the health industry, I had studied both the RNY and the Non ajustable band, before finding out about the adjustable band. Dr Billing and Dr Landercomb talked to me about risks, about my low Thyroid counts, my being diabetic and I felt I was in very good hands. Since that first visit with both Dr's I have grown to realize that in their book it really matters that I find health through weight loss. The office staff is growing and I never feel i am dealing with "the b*(&th" on the end of the phone. When I have needed help, (unfill emergancy) it was done that day, even after hours. See? It mattered to them, my comfort. If your looking into the Lapband, just know that Dr Billing will treat you like one of his own family. Sometimes he might have to be strict with you, but the best Dr's are Honest Dr's.! The aftercare of the program is part of the reason I have gone from a size 26 to a 16 ish.... I feel I am healthy and not loosing Muscle. When I "trip" Melanie will dust me off and stand me back up with a winning smile. Dr Billing is always close to listen, and make time for me. If I had to have any other surgeries I would call on Dr Billing and Dr Landercomb to help me, as I feel I didnt just loose weight, but I have gained 2 surgeons ! The girls have my email on the side of their computer if anyone wants to email me seperate for more personal questions ! Have I mentioned? I love my band !! Thank you Dr Billing and Dr Landerhom for making it possible !"
