"12/20/02 This is the second time I've seen Dr. McKane. The first time was informal and at the seminar for bariatric surgery. Today I met the doctor in a consult situation. I thought he was great. He reviewed my case, asked me questions about what I had done about weight loss in the past. He explained the surgery and allowed my parents to interrupt and ask questions whenever they thought of one. I can't say a bad thing about him at this time. His office will submit my paperwork for approval to my insurance company, so now it's a waiting game. "
