Hi my name is Valerie and I have been overweight my entire life. I had gastric bypass done on Dec 21 2006. I had this whole profile filled with my before pics but then my PC broke for a few months and when I came back on here my whole profile was deleted. so sorry that I have no before pics on here but if you to to my myspace page there are plenty of them there. [email protected]. I started out weighing 285 lbs the day of my surgery. I am 5'8. I had PCOS and insulin resistance and was soon to be diabetic. I was 32 years old and with all these problems already I had to do something about it. My ins. co approved me the first time we went in a request and 2 weeks later I was having the surgery. I now weigh 160 lbs, or did but just had a TT done and they removed 10 lbs of skin so once the swelling goes down I will see what I weigh now and what size clothes I am acutally in. This was the best descion I have ever made and will NEVER regret it!
