I'm sure you've heard this hundreds of times.........I've been big all my life! From the time that I can remember I was the tallest and biggest girl in school who always stood on the back row in the middle of every school picture until at least 10th grade. Everything has always centered around food, parties, tradegies, bordem, sorrows, everything. Now here I am 49 years old and it's time for a change. Being obese has never stopped me from achieving my goals, but now it's a matter of wanting to be around to see the grandkids grow up and spending the rest of my life in good health. So the journey begins........
