"He is wonderfully kind and competent. I have had zero complications and feel great! He did an AMAZING job! The staff at BIW are also AMAZING! SO caring and thorough. I would reccomend them to anyone. They really take the time to answer any questions and take such good care of you! Aftercare is extremely emphasized. They really push you to go to their support meeting and it is a great support group. The risks of surgery were thoroughly explained to me. I think both good bedside manner and surgical competence are important. Dr. CHiang has both."
