I had my RNY on Wed Sept 16th and came home on Fri Sept 18th.  Surgery went really well. No complications, thank God The thing that surprises me is that I've had absolutely no pain what so ever.  I was scared before I went in because I didn't know what to expect.  I had no reaction to the anesthesia, which I was grateful for. Now that I had my RNY, I guess the rest will be up to me.  Friday when I got home I sipped on a bottle of water all day and by the time I went to bed I still hadn't finished it. So now I'm wondering how am I going to get all my fluids in???

After a year I FINALLY got approval from the insurance company.  My surgery date is Sept. 16thI can't wait..
Tomorrow I  need to do my bloodwork and Have my Pre-op at 11:20.
