"My first impression of the office was kinda no - nonsense. Here is the seminar here is the information, which i enjoyed. The staff was very knowledgeable about what i need to do for insurance. Dr. T was very calming person with great energy and seems medically cautious (GREAT). I have never felt like he was in a rush, or he was not interested in what I was saying. His staff also has been easy to talk to and informative. He was very upfront about surgery risks and amount of weight that I could expect to loose. If I had to say something negative it would be I dont love the office. Very busy office with multiple doctors, and seems like a bus station at times, and the receptionist you have to leave a message and she then has to call you back, she never seems to answer the phone, which is frustrating in the early pre-surgery days. Now I call the nurse practitioner with any medical concerns, she sometimes answers or promptly calls back. Overall I love the dr and his staff I would recommend to anyone."
