Im happy to say that my last fill went great. I know I was nervious but, it went a lot better than I thought it would. The knot didnt show up on the Floroscopy. Dr. Landerholm thinks that its just fluid built up and my body will absorb it in time. So that reasured me that things were ok at least. I am happy that to date I have lost 31 pounds! I actually had to step on the scale twice this morning cause I thought I wasnt steping on it right lol.
Its truly amazing to wake up in the morning heartburn free and have more energy than I've had in years. What a feeling. im getting excited now that the weather is warming up. I want to getstarted in doing more things outside. I have many plans with my dog Buddy in tow.
Well time to make dinner. I think a pork chop & vegies will do tonight.

Very nervous

Im really nervous for my 2nd fill today. Since the second week after surgery I ave noticed a big knotabove the largest incition. If you take three fingers and put your third finger on top of the largest incision, thats the location & width of the knot. It is very irritating. I can feel it when I walk. I went to my surgeon about three weeks ago and he thinks that its a fluid built up but wants to look at it with the Flouroscope. He says if it is fluid built up, then he is going to extract it to make it more comfortable for me. Here is the kicker...I had a panic attack during my first fill in January. I am not the best with needles. Im ok when it comes to IVs or blood draws, but Ive never had a needle near my stomach before. I tried giving myself possitive pep talks, "you can do this" ect. but it didnt help. Now not only do I have my second fill but now im having a second needle inserted to get the fluid built up out. Im really really nervous about it. I knew this was part of this adventure but I need to figure out how to get past these panic attacks. Any suggestions?
