My story? Well I'm 38 now and my future and quality of life length is on my mind. After thinking I'm ok for so long, I must admit I'm really not. I have been overweight all my life so I really know nothing else. I believe my recent diagnosis of spinal stenosis and surgery is my reality that this weight could kill me even tho my spinal disease has nothing to do with my weight. My experience before during and after surgery was so traumatic because of my weight. So I promised myself I would live a better life if I made it thru surgery and I'm here to learn about different options.
