im so affraid thanksgiving is coming up i just had my surgery one week and half ago but in my house they making ham mashpotato rice and bean and i dont know what to do i cant go any where and i have to smell all that but is not like my brother care that i cant eat none of that sometimes i think he doit on purpouse omg help me god i dont want to fail i need help and dont know where to get it i feel im alone in my jorney oh well not alone cause god is with me

Hi does any one know what kind of exercise i can do to lose weight the thing is i cant walk or be standing so it need to be exersice for overweight who cant walk or stand i really apreciate it thankscause i lose 10 pounds last month but with thanks giving i think i get them back i dont want to
