Ihad to go to my family doctor today , and because he doesn't have a a scale that goes high enough to weigh me , I weighed myself at the hospital before I went. Well, 42 down and 28 to go!!!! My doctor and his staff are amazed at my progress and very excited for me. They have all been very supportive through all of this., and behind me 100% As you can probably tell I'm very happy and excited myself!!!

Well I weighed myself again today and have lost another 6 lbs since Tuesday!!! That's a total of 38 lbs!! Only 32 more to go and then I can get the surgery done!! I can hardly wait!! Best wishes to everyone and have a wonderful day !!

Well only lost about 2 1/2 pounds this week!!Not much but at least I didn't gain anything!!! Going to try some different things to try and lose more. Don't worry it will be healthy ways to lose. Just some new foods with less calories. Flling up on watermelon and such.....lol!!!! Hope everyone else is still doing good. I think about you all everyday.Well have a nice day everyone!!!

WELL HAD A FAMILY GET TOGETHER THIS WEEK AND I CHEATED ON MY DIET BUT I STILL MANAGED TO LOSE 3 LBS. SO THATS 30 DOWN AND 40 TO GO!!!! MORE DETERMINED THEN EVER NOW!! NO MORE CHEATING!!!THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT.

JUST WEIGHED IN AGAIN TODAY AND I HAVE LOST ANOTHER 6 LBS !!!!!!!! 43 MORE TO GO !!NOT EASY BUT KEEP THINKING OF ALL THE BENIFITS AND WONDERFUL CHANGES THIS PROCESS WILL HAVE FOR ME!!ALSO CONGRATS TO LAURA AY!! SHE IS DOING GREAT SO FAR FROM WHAT SHE TELLS ME !!! AND DEBBRA JACKSON NEEDS EVERYONES KIND WORDS, PRAYERS, AND ENCOURAGEMENT. SHE IS A WONDERFUL PERSON AND WE SHOULD ALL LET HER KNOW THAT!!
