"Dr. Coates and his staff are all awesome. I had been seen by him before for another issue and instantly felt comfortable with him. It was in his office where I first learned of WLS surgery and realized that I was a candidate. After going round and round with insurance companies and other WLS programs, I came full circle and ended up with Dr. Coates as my surgeon afterall. His compassion and bedside manner for his patients is to be commended. I had him checked out through his collegues and they gave him great reviews regarding his surgical competence. I would have to commend his staff as well for their services. My calls and questions were always answered in a timely and professional manner.
