I was always a person with a little  extra weight. after having my children the little weight became more and more. I tried many diets or ways of eating healthy. all my hard work paid off with just 5 lbs, 10 lbs, and sometimes 25 lbs. as soon as i thought the fight was over all the pounds were back again. my routine changed, i worked nightshift , and sports with the kids. well the easiest way at the time for me was drive thru, ordering out . all the bad habits today I'm aware of and trying to do the opposite. today i find myself thinking about surgery for myself and to avoid health issues that come along with overweight. I just want to be healthy!!enlightened
