My first impression of Dr. Foreman was that he was young. I knew that he had been training with Dr. Facundus for over a year and was just starting to solo. He went over the surgery with me and posible complications as well as problems that had occurred in the past, which was usually due to pt. non-compliance. We spent quite a long time together on the first visit. I never felt rushed. The pre-op visit was the same way, we reviewed the proceedure and the importance of following the post-op instructions. The day of surgery,he saw me in the holding area, the OR, and again in my room that afternoon, but I don't remember that visit. I saw him the next morning after the leak test which was negative and he d/c me home. At my 2 week follow-up he again was pleasant, gentle and took his time. Over-all I was very pleased with the care I received from him and the office staff. I would and have recommeded him to others seeking a surgeon for WLS. I would rate him a 10. I've had no complications or problems.

Staff left my sister to do most of my care and were not very available.

Dr. Foreman was very proffessional and took his time reviewing all aspects of the surgery both positive and negative. He discussed the proceedure itself, his experience, the importance of following the diet and why and allowed time questions which he answered without making you feel rushed. My initial encounter with Dr. Foreman was definitely a positive one. I was disappointed that they would not give me a surgery date without first getting old records that I had to them within 2 hours of leaving the office.

I'm now post-op, and I must say my experience has been a positive one. I saw Dr. Foreman pre-op and he again went over the proceedure and gave me a chance to ask questions or discuss concerns. Then he saw me before surgery, again that afternoon and once again the next morning after the leak test. He was very attentive, and fortunately I've had no complications. Thank you Dr. Foreman.

My first meeting with Dr. Foreman made me feel that he is very confident in what he does and he explained everything that I wanted to know. I have only met with him once and I will meet with him on July 2. The office staff at Alabama Surgical is fantastic. They are always good about getting back with you and they have been very helpful with the insurance process. More to come in my future visits !

Dr. Foreman seemed very knowledgeable, I appreciated his candor concerning the number of these surgeries he has performed solo. I was very nervous and didn't a lot of questions, next time I'll bring a list.

Staff seemed friendly enough.

Great Staff, very prompt. Room got a little noisy at night because I kept the door open, but very helpful and encouraging. Was able to take the leg squeezers off after 3 times up and down the hall. That was nice.

Barium contrast test was nasty, but no hospital can make that any good.
