Dr. Gallo immediately seems like an old friend. No matter how much I bug him (ha ha) he always remains so understanding. He helps me out with everything. I have been a patient of his since 1999 and I am pretty picky about my doctors - so that says a lot about him. He will take as much time as you need and I have never once felt rushed or that I was wasting his time. Another thing that I like about him is that I don't have to always make an appointment to see him. If I need a refferal, he will give it to me over the phone, not make me come sit there to give me a name.

He is a good guy, one of the few I have encountered. He even got so mad at the insurance company with me. He did everything he could to help and support me.
