Well, it finally happened.  I stepped on the scales this morning and was at 50 pounds lost.   Thats a third of the way for me!!!!! WOO HOO, what a rush    it's the first time that I have been under 230 in YEARS  I am having trouble getting to C**ves lately.   I injured my elbow at work  just a repetitive use kind of thing  and  I am absolutely right handed and do every thing with it so it sees a lot of reaching and lifting but I think if I take it easy for a little while it will heal itself in the mean time I will walk.  hope all my friends are doing great  will talk later

haven't posted in a while.  Not too much going on in the show-me state.  Just friends and family getting together truly had things to be thankful for this year including: my band, this board, and my job (although I gripe and moan all the time) I am very blessed  hope all are well and keep in touch love y'all   Teresa

ok, got one huge rock out of my sack the sale at the BF's aunts is over finally. We've got to take the calves to the slaughter house sat. Then it's time for some vacation before we pick up the beef and pork we ordered  then it's time to get ready for Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas I don't know, does it ever end?  You know all the stuff we have to do sometimes I wonder how my mom ever did all of the things she did  ....... went and got mesured at Curves last night down 4.5 pounds and 5 inches overall  not what I was hoping for but that will do.   I go for another fill Tuesday so I'm really gonna work it this week  try to make up some for the week in court.  It seems that everytime I lose weight I get to 30 pounds and stall out so the next few weeks will be very interesting for me I'm gonna have to work like a dog.  If anybody has any advice I'd love to hear how y'all get past the hurdles.well got to get to CURVES and work my arse off.    Bye bye 

ok enough of the pity party time to get busy this week I WILL go to curves every night and I will think about every bite of food that i put in my mouth NO MORE MINDLESS EATING BECAUSE LIFE IS TOO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT  only good choices

after 5 days on jury duty I can't seem to get back in the swing of things. borderline depressed feel like no one understands what i am gong through NEED HELP NOW   

Finally I am under 250 not by much but I AM UNDER 250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPEE the girls I work with that had the band before me are starting to get discouraged they ask me how I was doing it and I told them I work my butt off "literally" every night after work.  It helps that the bf is watching what he eats too he has lost about 12 pounds I pack our lunch on sat or sun for the week in portion sizes and put it in the fridge so in the AM. I don't have to think about it I am not a morning person I don't even like to think about food before oh 9:00 and I get up at 4:45  

Oh My Goodness  I got into a pair of pants that I hadn't been able to get into in 2 years. (AND I CAN BREATH )  WOW what a rush am down to 250 haven't seen that in a day or two what a difference 22 pounds make I feel better than I have in years

well here it is two weeks post op feel great and everybody says that I look great  that I have more spark .  Started curves last night so now things should really start to change.   I haven't lost in a week don't know what is going on there, cause I know I am eating a lot fewer calories than I was  before but It will just take time I know so am not freaking out yet give me a few more weeks of the scale not moving and then I will freak LOL

well surgery went well i had next to no pain after the first day a little uncomfortable maybe but no pain  the hardest thing for me is getting all the liquid that i'm supposed to  but I went and bought a 64oz bubba keg at wal-mart and tell my self that i have got to drink it every day so far that works  can't wait to get the staples out so i can start swimming and that is set to happen today at 4:00

wow time flies here it is the day before and i don't know if i'm ready for this  doing the liquid have one bad headache "NO CAFFINE"  can't form a complete thought mom and dad and the boyfriend will all be there maybe sis too my son can't get off of work but the boyfriend will call him when i get done i can't say enogh great things about Dr Lopez's office once i went for my consult it's only been a month and a half  of course my insurance was a walk in the park three of the girls i work with had recently had lap band done so i knew that the insurance would be easy the folks at the office are so nice and at the hospital too heartland spine and spec I'm not really too hungry I guess thats nerves I just hope it lasts till bedtime tonight
