OK, I'm still not excerzsizing and have not lost any wieght for a month. I'm a bad girl!!! I hurt my neck at work and have been off for over a month. I'm scheduled to have my second epidural steroid injection on the 9th of this month. Hopefully it will take some more inflamation down and the pain in my arm will go away along with the numbness. It's been hard to remember to eat so I'm still drinking a protien shake every day. I got some apple flavor Isofruite from Susan Marias websight and it's real yummie. Happy New year!!!
