Good luck on your upcoming surgery. I also live in Jax and had my surgery with Dr. Yasrebi. I personally think the sun rises and sets with him! He's a great surgeon and very into after care. I went home day after my surgery and back to work after taking a week off. It's been great and you'll do great! Remember to breathe and walk! Take care and keep in touch!

Hey Kim - yahoo for July 31st!! It's my new very favorite date!! Can you imagine how great we'll feel by Christmas - how great we'll look? I'm so excited!!! I love your picture on your profile because it's JUST LIKE MY USUAL POSE - LOL!!! How many times have I held up my hand, or a book, or my dog, or anything I can get my hands on to cover up my double chin for a picture?! I have been trying to take "before" pictures since I decided to do this, and man it's hard! I hate seeing those pictures, but I know I'll be glad to have them later. Anyway, hang in there and let's get healthy!

Hi! I just found out my definite surgery date is 7/31 also (moved up from 9/6!!) and I just wanted to wish you and everyone else we share a surgery date with the very best!

Hi Kim, Thanks for replying to my post! YES I am counting the DAYS not weeks!! I am very anxious but a little nervous too. I have not updated my profile in awhile and wanted to let you know that my husband was also approved and his surgery is 9/14/00. Keep up the posts.

Hi Barbara & Ann- This is too neat, all 3 of us going into surgery on the same day! That gives me comfort knowing I won't be alone! I'm so excited but still nervous...are ya'll experiencing the same thing? I am driving everyone I know up a wall over this, but unless they are overweight, then they really don't understand! Thanks to both of you for posting and letting me know that you will be praying for me, as well I will keep both of you in my prayers! It's not long now ladies...3weeks and 1 day...are ya'll keeping count too? LOL Many hugs & prayers, Kim :)

Hey Kimmey, We are both on the same day 7/31/00. I am very excited too..That is all I can think about. I am having my surgery in Fresno, CA @ 7:30 a.m. St. Agnes Hospital. I will pray for you as I am doing for everyone, especially the ones on our DAY! Keep in Touch.
