Hi Lynda, notice we spell our names the same! I am very touched by your strength and determination regarding having this surgery. Congratulations on being able to lose so much weight. Congratulations also on being able to "keep your chin up" under such difficult circumstances. I won't comment on what seems really inflexible rules by the bariatric centers in your area. I'm sure you've heard plenty from others. Clearly you have "someone" looking out for you. Peace and best wishes to you.

Lynda - Wow what a supportive PCP! I am so happy for you - I have Dr. Redmond also and I love him to death - my surgery is scheduled for next week 4-2-03 to be exact and I have a lot of faith in him. Stay strong your day is coming and I hope you are feeling better and getting over strep. Your story touched my heart because here I am complaining about how long the process has been for me and I read what you have been through and realize you had it much harder! Hi Lynda This is your Angel..Annie..Sorry I haven't Been on in a while..Have been so busy since I've lost my 90 lbs..I just don't get on as much as I use to..I am so proud of you ..You've lost a lot of weight..And you did it all on your own..You are so strong..God is keeping you strong..Don't give up,your going to do it..I know you will..I'm praying for you..Where there is God,there is strength and hope..You have both...You have God.. Hi Lynda, I too am a pre-op waiting.. I feel your pain... it is so hard the waiting... but you are awesome for losing 80 pounds!!! You go girl... and the hardest thing for me is that even though I am so ready to go ... I know it will happen when the time is right.... not according to my time, but in the lords... that is my hardest challenge... you will do fine... hang in there... you are almost there.... Lynda, I wanted to say HANG IN THERE! It has taken me since Aug to get mt surgery date but its not until APRIL 23rd!!! So we can wait together! Keep thinking of the positive! JAmie
