Dearest Michelle, You and I are surgical sisters! We have our surgeries on the same day! I wish you nothing but the best in your venture to the real you. I have an 18 mon old, and I want to chase her around as you do with your 2 yr. old. For your oldest, perhaps you can explain it this way... 'Regular people do get this surgery. These people have cancer. A lot of cancer patients have this surgery to help with their disease. Mommy has to have this surgery to help in her disease, Morbid Obesity. This will help in making mommy very healthy, so I can live to watch you become a grandmother someday. :) Best Wishes for you and your family, Annie
