I am so glad to hear you are doing so well! I was reading your profile a lot and I am so happy for you! 30 pounds already, WOW! You rock! You sound very happy you did this and I think that is great. Hello AMOS Family. I am down 30 pounds in one month!! I can't believe it. I have never lost 30 pounds. I'm back to work and I want to thank all for the well wishes. I feel great, never got sick, and I'm eating just fine. I'm back to work after 4 weeks, and all is well. I was up and walking two hours after surgery and I must say it was the easiest surgery I have ever had!!! I couldn't believe it. After all I have read about the surgery, it was a piece of cake. Okay jello!LOL I hope all of you waiting for surgery have such an easy time as I did. Thank you all again, and it's great to be on the otherside. My knees don't hurt anymore!!!! Love to all!

Hey Maryellen, How are you doing? we need updates here Girl. As our surgery dates were the same day I will tell you I am up and getting around just fine, and enjoying the holiday shopping etc., you know drink and WALK, WALK, WALK. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hey Maryellen! I have been thinking so much about you. I was happy to see that you were doing good and already joking around! How are you feeling? How is everything going??
