Blanca, your day will soon be here. I am sure that it cannot come fast enough, right! Many have been down the path you are setting out on. We are all happy and healthier now than we have been in years! This is a GOOD thing you are doing for yourself! Remember the rules, protein first, water, and move around...follow them and you will be a big loser before you know it! All my best wishes to you on your upcoming day! Good luck, Blanca! I know this is not an easy decision to make, right up until the last minute in the operating prep room (at least it wasn't for me). However, it's one of the best decisions I ever made. I'm down 120 lbs...me, the permanent diet failure, a success at last, although I've lots to go yet! So hang in there, and take whatever hope, help and support we all can give you! Good luck on your journey! Rhondi Salsitz

Calling all post-ops Blanca is getting real nervous can you all give her some words of encourgement that she will be fine through this surgery. It really helps to hear from the ones who have been there. Then the pre-ops can wish her well too. Thanks to you all.
