I will be praying for you, your family and your medical staff. Remember--the pain is only temporary and you will forget about it. Come see us in the chat room when you feel up to it and let us know how you're feeling.

BEst wishes on a speedy recovery. I hope when you get home and read all your friendly messages you will smile and it will take away a bit of any pain still lingering. Smiles always make healing faster, so use those mouth muscles and tip those corners up and have a wonderful day.

Adi, many good wishes and warm thoughts are being sent your way as you begin your journey to a new and healthy life! I am almost 5 months out and have lost 70 lbs., feel so much better, take so much less medication, and feel it was all worth it. The toughest part is the first 8 weeks, healing from the surgery and learning how to eat, once you pass that mark, you will feel terrific. Just remember, WALK, WALK, WALK, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, and PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN!!
