i wish you only the best as you start your journey.it truly is amazing.if someone who've tried to describe where i am now 6mo after i would've said impossible,no way,you're lying,and today i just say WOW.my health just keeps improving as the pounds fall off.there is HOPE! please come to obesityhelp.com when you can there are so many wise people there who can help in those "moments" when it seems difficult.keep the courage that brought you here to get you through.take care,PATTI

Good luck and God be with you. Things will be ruff at first but well worth it. I had weight loss surgery last July this year and I already feel and look like a different person. Godspeed. Susan
