I just had the lapband on 8/25/04 and can already tell this was the best decision I could have made for myself and my family!! Warm Regards!!

Just wanted to stop by your support page and wish you the best surgery possible! I am new to this Board but am already impressed with the positive people on the Washington board and all of the wonderful support and information right at my fingertips. (I am afraid to go to the main board now :).) You will be in my prayers as you take this huge step, and I hope that we can get to know one another through this board as you recover and I get ready for my big day of 10/14/04.

I said a prayer for you today, and know God must have heard, I felt the answer in my heart, although He spoke no word, I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures of, a more loving lasting kind, I asked Him to send you blessings at the start of your new day, To grant you love and health, and to guide the surgeon's way, I asked for you to recover fast, and to become thin and small, But it was for His loving care, I prayed for most of all!
