Hi Trofie, Welcome back! I'm so happy to hear that you're back from Mexico and are doing well. Remember to keep drinking your water, take short walks, and I hope and pray you're done with the cigs. I stopped smoking a month before surgery and really haven't missed it. I feel so much better and I know you will too. God Bless!!!

hello everyone!! i have returned from mexico!!<p> i'm tired right now and sleeping on and off. today is the first day i've logged in so this will be so short but sweet. thanks to everyone who kept me in their prayers and those that called me in mexico & and at home. god has taken care of me once again!! <p> i love each of you and thanks.

Our sweet WLS sister, trofie99 is now a postie! I spoke with her in the hospital last night (after saying Habla Engles? several times to get transferred so someone who could understand me LOL). She is having trouble with gas pains and sounded like she was feeling a bit rough. Please remember her in your prayers and take a moment to post some encouragement for her. I'll try again tonight and hopefully she'll be feeling better. It GETS BETTER....I promise!
