WOW! Congratulations on the not smoking. You will be glad when they start making you breathe deeply after the surgery. I'll be sending you good vibes on your surgery date. They don't have to travel too far cause I'm in Colorado. :-) Can't wait till you're on the losing side!

I wish you the best on your surgery. I had my surgery a little over 60 days ago and I have lost 50lbs! I found that am surprised that this surgery is both easier and harder than I had anticipated. Some days a good, some a tough, but the good DEFINITELY outweigh the bad! This site has been soooo helpful to me and the Q&A section is a wonderful resource. Have faith in God and your surgeon and keep us posted on your progress! Email me if you have any questions that I can help you with. Oh, and definitely try to get a private room so that you don't have to worry about disturbing your roommate when you get up to walk, that was the best thing that I did!Email me if you have any questions that I can help you with.
