Well..I leave for the Hospial in 4 1/2 hours...I can't believe it's almost time. I still have things I need to do ..so since I'm out of time I'm making a list for my DH to finish what I don't get done. I've been so busy today....I actually forgot to eat until it was after 12:00 noon and too Late for me to eat anything...(nothing to eat after noon except clear liquids and nothing at all after midnight) I'm sure am hungry!!!!! I'm trying to sort out my feelings right now..think I'm just numb....it's really kind'a strange....I've gone from excited to totally stressed out..to sheer panic and back agan about 50 million times...and now it's almost time and I'm really quite calm....not sure how I'll be in the morning. We will be leaving my house around 4:15am...making a stop at the Ice Skating Rink for a quick lesson and some practice time (not for me (HA!) but for my 12 yr old Brittany) off the ice at 6:20 and onto the Hospital by 6:45. I'm second in line for my surgery, so I'm not sure what time I'll get back there....that's where the nerves will start.....while I'm waiting for them to come and get me. Well...I want to Thank all of you for all your kind words of encouragement and for all your prayers..keep them coming..I need all I can get. Good Luck to all Oct 25 surgery buddies and to all the pre-opt's (your time will be here soon) and to all the post-opt's...you all will be in my thoughts and prayers. You all are so wonderful. Well..I've had a busy day today..started at 3:30AM and here it is 11;29PM..I'm just about to head off to bed..3:30 will be here before I get there if I don't get moving. My youngest daughter....Brittany is sick..was at the doctor until after 8:00 tonight. Hope I don't catch what she has...I only have 31 hours left until I have to be at the Hospital for my surgery. I actually feel quite calm tonight about it. Yesterday was really rough..the whole weekend was rough..I was so stressed that I made myself sick. I'm sure hope I continue to feel this way. I want to Thank Everyone for all their kind words and prayers..you have helped in easing all the stress I've been feeling..you' all are "SUPER GREAT" as Brittany would say. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you pre-opts & post-opt's..to all my fellow Oct 25th buddies...were almost there..see you on the other side....Is there anyone out there scheduled to have surgery on or around Oct 25 at the Bariactrics Care Center in Groveport, Ohio..if so let me know. I have a ANGEL..her name is Bobbie and she's been a super friend for many years..she'll keep everyone posted while I'm in the hospital...Nite everyone..God Bless You All!
