Hi Kathy I am so happy you finally have a date. I remember hoe excited I was . I am now 9 months out and down from 394 to 290. so I have shed a little over 100 lbs. I can hardly blieve it has been that long. Time will go fast, keep us posted and best wishes,mary richards,aka Cathy
